Customs duties

Hi,
My apologies if this has been asked and answered, but how can I estimate the amount of duties that will be imposed on a vintage Swiss watch being sent from Germany to the US? I've heard from 3% to 5%, but that is a big range on this watch, so I would like to know more precisely if possible before I order it. Thanks in advance for any info.
