Apple is aligning with the EHR (Electronic Health Record) vendors. It will be a slow mover and while generally ok, I think somewhat lackluster in features.

Google is looking to do some next level stuff. There could be some exciting innovations in this camp. But then again, I thought Google Plus had a future at first.
