An evening with Armin Strom Sat, 17 November 2012 15:16 Go to previous message

Last Thursday, Armin Strom showcased its "Coffret Tourbillon" collection. The four models were named after the four classical elements:

The movements--

Other watches--

Anthony and Ed are taking a closer look at the watches. In the back are Serge Michel(CEO of Armin Strom) and Claude Greisler(Head of Product Development)

I first learned about Armin Strom in the mid 90's for his skeletry work on watches so this one is easily my favorite:

Wrist shots graciously modeled by Ed--

Note the unusual case work

Among the attendees was another friend I hadn't seen in a while and he had this on:

What can be more exclusive than "Unique Piece"?(Thanks, Mitch!)

The second half of the evening consisted of dinner at a nearby restaurant where the talk of watches continued. And for the foodies, here's a shot of my main course(no pics of my roasted beet salad and the mushroom risotto side dish)

Thanks again to Mssrs. Greisler and Michel of Armin Strom for an enjoyable evening!
