I've dealt with Rolex Service Centers in the past, having watches serviced at all three of the US centers as well as their facility in Pennsylvania. I've never had an issue with any of them.
There was one time I had an Oysterquartz Day-Date sent in for service and they did not adjust the clasp fitting like I had asked. Turns out the dealer who sent the watch off for me failed to relay my request for that fix. The watch was sent back to the RSC and was back in my hands 2 weeks later with a perfectly functional clasp.
If you aren't happy with a service, you'll have warranty coverage for two years for it, so send it back.
