Doesn't matter how easy...

...since Rolex won't sell BLRO ceramic inserts outright. That specific bezel is trade-only and has to go back to a Rolex Service Center for the work. Rolex is cracking down on hybrid/Frankenstein builds and won't sell a lot of the high-demand parts outright. And, the 116719BLRO insert is ever so slightly different in dimensions than the 126710BLRO insert, making things even more challenging.
MSRP on the 126710BLRO bezel insert is about $1750 USD. Dial and hands are also about $1750 USD. The 69200 Jubilee from the 126710 is just shy of $4000 USD. And, Rolex won't sell GMT hands with hand sets anymore as they're now exchange-only. So, no matter what ceramic GMT you have now, building a proper BLRO replica will cost you more than the secondhand market price of the actual watch.
Bracelets are becoming harder to source as well. If you don't already own a Datejust 36 with a 63600 Super Jubilee, your dealer can't (or at least shouldn't) order a spare bracelet since there's no serial number to match the parts request. The 116710 GMT was never fitted with a Jubilee style bracelet and therefore there's no valid way to use that watch to order parts against.
If you don't believe me, I encourage you to try it yourself. Let us know how it goes. It's not as easy as it might sound. :)
