Rolex policy last time I checked was to not do dial swaps for "sports" watches, but many years ago they changed an "A" serial TT Serti Sub dial to the regular blue dial when I politely begged them to do it for me at their service center on 5th Ave in NYC. They gave me back the Serti dial too.
Your other option is to find a white dial on the secondary market and have a competent watchmaker do the swap. You should also ask your local AD; especially if you have a good relationship with them.
I used to buy dials in the old days when they were priced well. I've been hording these and others for years :)
