N E W M o d e l - Pita Molinos Orbital Classic Wed, 11 July 2018 09:47 Go to previous message

Limited Edition of 71 Pieces

Created by Aniceto Jimenez Pita, the only Spanish AHCI member, and master watchmaker at Pita Barcelona, the Molinos Orbital is a minimal handless skeleton timepiece with planetary floating gears.

The Molinos Orbital displays time in an ethereal manner by using three giant gears, its pinions, and nothing else. Featuring a planetary gear set plus their patented time setting mechanism. No hands or crown is required.

Technical Specifications:
The case, in stainless steel, measures 39mm x 11mm. It has a sapphire crystal and it is water resistant to 30 meters.

Movement is the automatic Pita caliber W6.6 with 25 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 42 hours. Features planetary floating gears module on dial. Patented Pita-TSM (Time Setting Mechanism) crown-less system, replacing traditional crown and remontoire. Bi-directional winding rotor and Swiss lever escapement. It is hand-finished.

Black DLC dial. Black diamond indices.

It comes on a black Lousiana crocodile leather strap with steel buckle.

Thanks.
