I would have to agree with Darrell I was going to say almost the same thing with the car analogy but I would put it this way you went in for and oil change they told you that to do and oil change you would have to change your motor. What the watch company's are doing is called a monopoly in the USA remember back in the day when they broke up AT&T for the same thing. My Clint took his watch back 2 times for the same thing a broken pusher the company fix it and it broke again when you only have one place to go to fix they can do anything and have no pride in the job they are preforming and if it continues going this way they will put all small guys out of business and all supply house because they will be no need for them.
