...my understanding is that at one point the US Seiko service center wouldn't stock parts for anything discontinued over ten years, and this was several decades after the 6139 was discontinued.
Parts for a 6139 are also very hard to come by.
If anyone has any more recent info on a revised policy, then please let us know...
