that was not nice from mr stern (father) to show him the door mr Pfister didnt want to leave this men never had a car in 1933 he took over patek whom was in bankrout they was 3 company fighting to have patek ; lecoutre(provide the ebauches) a case company i forgot the name and stern the maker of patek dial mr stern (the grand father) ask mr Pfister to come at patek it was the only way i will buy patek is with mr Jean Pfister whom was at tavanne Watch co at this time then he showed to patek workers how to make Watch from scratch because before Pfister patek was only finishing the watches (exept with adrian philippe who was making watches even he invented the first setting time and wound with no key or pusher)
