Golf .... How about shooting a shotgun?

I am an ardent shotgun sports enthusiast, and I shoot 3 or 4 times a week. At the Lange boutique in New York City I have met Alkis, the legendary Lange watchmaker. I usually wear one of my tool watches; Tudor Pelagos, Rolex Submariner, Tudor Black Bay or Nomos when I shoot. I am wary of the shock and recoil of repeated shotgun blasts. Once, I wore my TimeZone while shooting, and did not realize it till after I completed the round of sporting clays. I asked Alkis if shooting would do any damage to my TimeZone, and he told me " Only if you shoot the watch".
So, I am somewhat confident that I did not do any damage to my Lange, but being the conservative guy that I am, I try to wear one of my heavy duty watches. this is the long way to answer that I don't think golf would damage your Lange.
