As broadly discussed, value of a vintage piece is not only "material", but also in the eyes of the owner.
Patek will repair / overhaul everything, just go to an AD for an estimate.
There is a list price for modern watches on patek site and overhaul for a modern manual winding piece costs CHF 800 + elements to be changed + vat. For Vintage pieces they will provide you with an estimate.
Imho, a Patek will be always worth an overhaul.
