Very excited! Thinking of getting a BR 01-93 GMT...a few questions:

Does it allow setting time zones with 1/2 hour?

Does the year of manufacture change the price I should pay, also how do I tell the year of manufacture?

Any pointers/tips on fair price would be appreciated as well (New York region)
