Show us your GMT in action! Tue, 19 February 2013 09:54 Go to previous message

Hi all,
This is a little tribute to all the GMT's around the world.

Korea November 2008:

GMT on MET, local time on KST

Inflight from Zurich to Dubai October 2009:
GMT on MEST, local time on East Europen Summer Time

Eco cabin view of Emirates Tripple-Seven:

The Seamaster GMT in its element:

GMT set to MEST, local time set to Maldivan time:

... and on the way home from the Maldives to Zurich after take off in Dubai:
GMT on MEST, local set to East European Summer Time again.

Inflight from Francfort to Seoul, April 2010:

GMT set to MEST, Local time set to Korean Standard Time (KST).

... and on the flight back to Francfort over Siberia.
GMT set to KST and loacl time to MEST again.

2011 on the way home from the Maldives to Zurich after take off in Malé:
GMT on MEST, local set to Dubai Time.

Over East Europe - still 2 hrs to Zurich

The GMT 2234.50 is still my most worn watch. The precision is overwhelming +/- 2 secs since I bought it!
It has its fifth birthday in somw weeks.

How about your GMT?

Greets
Gerhard
