103 Pilots Chronograph from circa 1990

Does anyone know about (or have) one of these watches?
It apparently has a manual wind Valjoux 7760 and is marked Swiss Made on the dial and the case back. Obviously this was before the Co. was bought by Lothar Schmidt. I have tried to find info on the Sinn brand when it was owned by Helmut Sinn, but havent had much luck.
I found a nice example of the watch and thought it might be neat to own an "original Sinn" timepiece, but I havent bought it yet. It also seems from the little bit I know of these watches that the 103 is somewhat of a classic model for Sinn.
Any thoughts on this model or any of the earlier Sinn models would be greatly appreciated.
Also, did the older models not have cases made in Germany? If so was that the reason the watches were marked "Swiss Made" ?
