Wearing a Type II...>

I enjoy wearing this 1976 Seiko Type II cal. 0903. The Type II range were early affordable quartz watches offered by Seiko. They afforded good quality accurate watches at prices significantly below that of the expensive Grand & King Quartz, etc. I particularly like the slope-sided case design.
The single "roofed" dial marking indicates a single quartz crystal, as opposed to a Twin quartz movement with a double "roofed" marking.
Here's the Type II shown with a similarly-cased Seiko SQ 4004 cal. 4633A, also from 1976. Both of these watches have convenient caseback battery hatches.
