I'm back

I've been through a number of JLC in the past and have always been impressed with the quality as are we all. Only JLC I have now is an Atmos in Rhodium. An obvious until now unobtainable grail for me became available this weekend. I cleaned out my collection (2 rolex and 1 PP) in trade for this new in box from AD piece. I am not looking back. My collection is now 2. A PP 5980, which I don't think I would ever part with. And this, which I also can certainly say will remain on my wrist for a majority of the time. I changed the strap from the leather to the rubber/silicon which is an ingenious mechanism, particularly on the tang end. as for the watch- Really everything I would have expected and more. Very comfortable on the wrist. Good visibility (the hometime 24 hour dial is somewhat hard to see minus bifocals, but that is my own fault). Amazingly, the minute hand seems to hack directly with the minute- an obsessive pet peeve of mine, but no more. The gear system is unbelievable. I watched a video on Youtube that shows the functions of the watch and it was very helpful, although I find it quite intuitive. I am really pleased.
