How to polish titanium?

I called Ball Watch's USA Service Facility in FL to learn their fee to polish my 5 yr old Engineer Hydrocarbon Titanium (aka Mad Cow). To my surprise, the factory rep said they don't/can't do that, they don't have the proper tools. I was reminded that "Titanium is a very different metal vs stainless". I said OK, tell me who DOES offer such a service, and the gentleman had nothing to offer to me. Has anyone with a titanium timepiece ever found an answer to this question?
