Which Blue Dialed Omega? Sat, 05 January 2013 18:10 Go to previous message

Hi,

I am considering adding one of these two Omega's tony collection. I have been wanting to add a blue dial to my collection and Omega has two that I like. The Hour Vision is a bit dressier, but on a bracelet should dress down a bit. i have never seen the blue dial on a bracelet (maybe for a good reason!). The Aqua Terra GMT is more casual-sporty and the GMT function may prove useful. have any of you played with the GMT function to see how Omega has implemented it? I assume the 24 hour hand stays on local time and the 12 hour hand advances, correct?

The question is which one and why? I have not yet had an opportunity to see them other than in images and I want to ask those of you who have either tried them on or own them for perspective.

Omega
Seamaster Aqua Terra 150 m GMT
231.10.43.22.03.001
43 mm

Omega
De Ville Hour Vision (picture on a bracelet)
431.30.41.21.03.001
41 mm

Thanks,

Bob
