Earlier this week I added a platinum bracelet to the UTC. The softness of the white gold dial and platinum case and bracelet accentuate the colorful UTC world globe.
I think the UTC dial is one of the most interesting of the OCTA collection. There are many subtle details that distinguish itself. The unique subdial shows two timezone with the rose gold numbers indicating the time using the 24 hour clock.
The bracelet can be worn anytime. I think it looks great with a shirt and jeans.
Once the watch is set to your home timezone you don't need to make any additional adjustments. However, if you do there is a small push pin setter on the side of the case.
Once the bracelet is fitted it becomes seamless with the platinum case. I prefer the bracelet on Octa watches because the cases are a bit thicker and they fit so nicely on top of the wrist.
The blue steel hands glow at different angles of the light and complement the UTC globe.
I've written before how comfortable the platinum bracelet is. When you hold the watch and bracelet in the hand you can feel the added weight. But somehow once on the wrist you don't think about it anymore.
Today is a beautiful day in Hong Kong. A perfect day to take the UTC for a stroll.
