What do you use to push in the pushers for the date and moonphase settings?

As the new owner of a Jaeger Ultra Thin Moonphase, I note that the date and moonphase can be set by pushing in these indentations at 4 and 8 o'clock. I do not want to scratch my watch. What do people use to push in these indentations?
