Dive Watch Topic Discussion - Advice to Watch Manufacturers

OK, here's the setup. Based on your expertise on dive watches (as demonstrated on the TZ Dive Watch forum), you've been invited to speak to a group of CEOs for all the top dive watch manufacturers. They are eagerly seeking your advice on what to do with their respective product lines.
As a group, you will first present a Powerpoint that addresses
a.) the "state of dive watches,"
b.) your strategic vision for where dive watches are headed, and
c.) what the watch industry should be doing to address that vision.
You've also scheduled private breakout sessions with each manufacturer to tell them what they've been doing right, what they've been doing wrong, and why.
So...what are some of the key takeaways in your message to the CEOs, either as a group or privately?
