Question about AR coating on my crystal

Any insight on this would be appreciated. Yesterday, 7 small dots appeared on my PAM025 M series. See the photo below. Under 10 magnification, they don't appear to be the result of impact damage, but seem to be a defect with the AR coating. I am very careful with my watches, and the odd arrangement of the dots makes it even more strange. Has anyone else seen anything like this? I guess I will just take it to my AD. Thanks in advance for the thoughts.
