Dear All,
I wanted to show all of you some recent acquisitions. They are electric watches from the seventy. I have some questions about them.
First is a Seiko EL 370. Watch is cosmetically in great shape, but does nor run. It is missing the white disk on the circuit board. What is the disk? Can this be repaired? Are spares available? Any comments or pics of similar watches welcome.
Second is an ESA 9158. It is in restorable shape cosmetically however it is not working. Any idea what modern battery will fit? Who can repair this watch?
Third is ESA 9154. This watch has a good dial and hands; however the movement is in bad shape. However I have some spare movements which may be used as donors provided they are working. What modern battery will fit?
Pocket watch with a clean movement
Last but not the least is this unknown brand. What movement does it have? Any info on this movement? Also what battery does it use?
Thanks for looking at this long post. All info / comments on this rather interesting period of watch making is welcome
Regards,
JaRe
