before/after, dial cleaning on a 1946 Breitling Premier

acquired a very early waterproof Breitling Premier 765, the watch that would become the base of the later 765 AVI and Co-Pilots, case in rather decent shape, but with massive dial discoloration.
sent it out for service and asked my watchmaker to try our luck in very carefully trying to clean the dial, this is how it went out to my wonderful watchmaker in Oregon:
and this is how it came back to Vienna. The dial cleaned surprisingly well, only the "shock protected" had apparently been printed on the finished dial and came off w/ the dirt. nice.
