NEWS: IWC’s Flagship Boutique in New York City Opens with a Knockout Launch

Yesterday, IWC Schaffhausen celebrated the grand opening of its first US Flagship Boutique on Madison Avenue, New York. The impressive 3'ooo square-foot, bi-level boutique is the largest of its kind worldwide. IWC marked the occasion with the launch of the Big Pilot’s Watch Edition Muhammad Ali, a 250 limited edition designated as a US exclusive.
The glamorous launch event attracted high-profile guests, including former boxing heavyweight champions Evander Holyfield and Larry Holmes, actors Matthew Fox, Chris Hemsworth, Channing Tatum and Joe Manganiello, and models Karolina Kurkova and Adriana Lima, amongst many others. The opening features an exhibition of photographs by Howard Bingham, the personal photo-biographer and lifetime friend of Muhammad Ali, who recorded Ali’s career on camera. The photographs are on display in IWC’s Flagship Boutique until the end of May 2012 and provide customers with access to stories about the legendary sportsman.
