I am reading all about this kind of movements as we speak. Really interesting stuff!

The battery inside the watch is a SR43SW (type 301) and it seems to be in good condition according to my multimeter. I have read that other users got the SR1136SW (344) for this kind of movement although I am not sure which one is original and if the difference matters.

Just to be sure, I have just placed an order for new batteries of each kind. I will try them out to see if this was causing the error. Until then, more ideas? :)
