Am new here so will appreciate a re-direct to the appropriate forum if this shouldn't appear here - thanks.
I just got back my Patek Calatrava today from a PP boutique after leaving it with them for 2.5 mths for a servicing. When I got the watch back, I was not given a service report. When I asked for it, I was told they do not provide such a Report.
Is this normal for Patek?
I always get a report from IWC, JLC, AP and from Cartier (even for a quartz tank!)
I find it a little unacceptable from PP. What do you think?
