This is probably the closest thing you'll find to a new 43 year old watch.

Reference 809-36, SN 1163967. It houses a very, very clean Valjoux 7736.  Winds, runs, sets, all chronograph functions work perfectly.  Seems to be running a couple minutes a day slow so it may need a cleaning.

Neither my watchmaker nor I have ever seen a vintage Breitling that is this clean.  The dial is original and pristine and the hands are original.   The strap is the only thing that shows any signs of wear and I believe the strap is the original one that came with the watch.  Besides a couple of hairlines on the back the watch is without a mark.  I would rate it at 98% condition.

This watch is being offered with original clamshell box, paperwork, instruction booklet, and hang tag.

Offered here for $3250 OBRO delivered in the United States via Express Mail with full insurance.  Overseas buyers welcome but please contact me for details.  Payment via money order, cashier's check or personal check held to clear if I know you.

Please email me at chriskraska at gmail dot com for quickest response.

Thanks for looking.

Chris
