N E W M o d e l – Gerald Genta Octo Black Spirit Tourbillon

For SIHH 2006, Gerald Genta, a company of the Bulgari Group, is introducing the Octo Black Spirit Tourbillon.
The case, in platinum and shaped like an octagon, measures 42.5mm. It has double sapphire crystals. The bezel is tantalum, the crown has a cabochon sapphire and the piece is water resistant to 100 meters. An 18kt rose gold version is also available
Movement is the automatic, exclusive for Gerald Genta by Bulgari, caliber GG99051 with 54 jewels, a sapphire tourbillon bridge, with a power reserve of 64 hours, concentric circular graining and special “black gold” color.
The dial is done in 18kt white gold, brushed and polished with 22 black sapphires and 14 rubies.
