Does anyone have experience with Seiko Service Center in Mahwah, NJ? Sat, 08 September 2018 08:34 Go to next message

I have a SKX779K3 (7S26) that I like but it has been running very slowly, so I looked up the service center on the web and was taken aback by the many horrendous reviews on Google. Does any one have some recent experience here?
Also, if you can recommend someplace else for service, such as a watchmaker who can replace the movement at a reasonable price (maybe a place that does Seiko mods?), please pm me. Thanks.

Steve

All I can tell you is I received a "repaired" watch back today 9/8/2018, and It's still not working properly. The second hand now advances a second or two, stops for several seconds then attempts to run backwards. Needless to say I'm not too happy with them right now, and they will know it come Monday morning.
